Cole has so much hair that it is hard to believe that a baby could be born with this much. When my mom told me that I had that much hair as a baby I didn't believe it until I saw the pictures myself. The most impressive part about it was my hair never fell out so I am very curious if his will, which it hasn't yet. But, what people don't know is that it really is a pain to deal with. My mom finds it very funny that I complain about it because my hair was the same way. I have to constantly wet and brush his hair to get it to lay down which doesn't work because once it is dry it just sticks straight back up. Plus when he sleeps on it and wakes up it is sticking up all over the place anyway. The only way you can get it to lay down is if it gets oily which it usually does by the end of the day. The problem that I have is that I hate it when it looks oily, I like it when it is clean looking. So, in order to keep it clean looking I have to wash it every day and once it is washed it goes right back to sticking straight up. Anyway, what I am trying to get at is that I have no idea what to do with his hair. I mean what can you do besides just let his hair look crazy all the time. He looks like he needs a hair cut but I am not going to cut a 10 week old babies hair and I don't even know if there is a place that would! Who would have thought that I would have a baby with such high maintenance hair or would have thought that he would have a mother that is so particular about his hair! I just never expected to be dealing with the hair thing until he was older. If he was a girl it wouldn't be so bad because you could put all sorts of cute bows and clips in it. But there isn't much that you can do with a boy. Knowing my luck we will have a girl and she will be bald as can be because Cole stole all the hair!
I guess he just knew that the new hair style that guys are wearing these days is longer hair and so he wanted to come out "in style".

Aw, he looks so cute with his wild hair!! But, if it bothers you that much, I found a site that sells organic baby hair gel: http://www.originalsprout.com/styling/hair-gel.html
Pretty funny huh! They also have baby hair balm in case you want to spike it!!
Asher had quite a bit of hair when he was born. We just used a small amount of baby lotion on our hands and went with the funky way his hair stuck up. Go with the super cute natural crazy...it's adorable. Cole is too cute!!
You knew Angie would have a product that was just for this purpose!
And we're not taking him anywhere to get his hair cut! I'll do it just like I've cut Davis'!

Jessie that hair is crazy. I don't remember Davis having much hair to speak of. Weird. I think it's really cute though. I'd just let it be wild.
Ha Ha Shellie!! I am not sure I want my baby looking like Robert Pattinson, but I will keep it in mind next time I am combing his hair!!
kai didn't get hair until he was 1, but when he did we mohawked it! I LOVE boys hair when it sticks straight up:)
Ha ha Nick! When I run across a problem I gotta Google it! Ya'll still cut Davis' hair? That's pretty impressive!!
he'll be getting his hair cut by me until he pays for his own haircut!!
I think he's very handsome.
